Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
Please provide detailed images and a description of the fault or damage when contacting us.
